Monitoring and examining each stage of production. (Process, Raw Material, Kiln Parameters, Engobe/Glaze Quality & Pick-Up)
 Ensuring that all testing is performed according to the standards. (Tile dimension, strenght, thickness, W/A, Planarity, Tile behavior (Auto Clave)
Report the evaluations and assessment. (To write down the results and cross check with the given standards) 
Recommending changes to a production process. (Temperature changes, raw material analysis, thermal conductivity)
Making sure that employees follow documented procedures and standards.
 Look out defects in coming raw material and testing its quality. (Chemical and Physical analysis of Raw Material, XRF analysis, Lab analysis)
To prepare glaze Recipes according to Company Standard.
To check and manage the Glaze Density, viscosity and Residue.
Sampling the Prepared Glaze for check the required standard.
To lead the team of supervisor and operators and achieve the production targets during the shift.
Responsible for making necessary arrangement to run production as per plan.
To report/inform to Manager/HOD about defects of Glaze or any other serious issue.
Regular reporting to the Manager.
To ensure that production report is timely prepared and submitted to Production manager through a SAP PP module System.
Ensure safe custody of company property including Machines and equipment.
To ensure neatness, cleanliness and hazard free environment at work place.
To train the supervisor, operators and workers with processes to avoid damages/ accident in Factory.
To coordinate with maintenance department in case of any default.
To ensure safety of his self, subordinates and machinery/ plant.
To ensure compliance to the health, safety and environment guidelines.
To ensure that employees are present at workstation at given time during working hours.
Responsible for maintaining discipline at work place.
Responsible for attendance / absence / overtime control of employees working under him.
Preform any other related task assigned by the Manager/HOD.
Maintain the glaze quality and parameters at Glaze Line.
Inspect the Tile Quality after water test and polishing the tile 
Maintain the tile color related to glaze material.
